Generalmente la mejor manera de reclutar intérpretes es pedir que nos recomienden profesionales buenos a alguno de nuestros mejores intérpretes profesionales, ya que dado que los intérpretes coinciden en los eventos, se conocen entre ellos. Otros medios para buscar intérpretes son los mismos que para los TRADUCTORES JURADOS, así como traductores especializados en otros campos.
Cuando se reciben CVs de TRADUCTORES que al mismo tiempo sean intérpretes, se guardan también en la carpeta “Intérpretes”, dentro de la carpeta “Reclutamiento”, que está dentro de “Profesionales Lingüísticos”, dentro de “Recursos Humanos”. Dentro de dicha carpeta hay 3 subcarpetas:
“01. Sin procesar”, donde se guardan los CVs que se reciben. Cuando se recibe un Email con un CV, se guarda en esta carpeta con el nombre “Nombre del Intérprete” (p. ej. “Pedro Bosch”).
“02. Seleccionados”, donde se guardan las carpetas de los Intérpretes seleccionados. Para poder ser seleccionado, se requiere la autorización del Director Técnico para Traducciones e Interpretaciones. Es preferible contar antes con recomendaciones de alguna persona de nuestra confianza o bien pasar una prueba por teléfono. Esta prueba se puntúa de la A a la E (la A es la puntuación más alta) y para poder ser seleccionado se requiere una puntuación mínima de D. Tanto una cosa como la otra ha de quedar recogida en la Base de Datos. Si se la seleccionado algún intérprete por recomendaciones, se indicará en la Base de Datos quién le ha recomendado. Excepcionalmente será suficiente acreditar una experiencia suficiente, lo cual requerirá la autorización del Director Técnico para Traducciones e Interpretaciones.
Cada vez que el Intérprete haga un trabajo para un cliente, se pregunta al cliente si está satisfecho y se le pide que evalúe al intérprete de la A a la E. Las calificaciones se guardan en la Base de Datos TRADUCTORES, Intérpretes, Traductores Jurados y otros Profesionales. Los candidatos que tengan menos de C son eliminados de la Base de Datos y pasan de la carpeta “03. Seleccionados” a la carpeta “04. No seccionados”.
Periódicamente se hacen medias de las calificaciones. Se podrán hacer rankings.
